Everything that needs a human — a payment that did not land, a clip that failed, a report, a deletion request — comes to one mailbox: support@snaptoclip.com. There is no ticket number, no phone line and no chat window, and this page says so up front instead of hiding it behind a form. It also lists what to include, because a message with an account email and a task ID is answered in one reply, and a message without them takes three.

Where to write, by subject

One address, three reasons. The subject line is how mail gets sorted, so pick the closest one rather than leaving it blank.

Account, credits and payments

Anything about signing in, a balance that looks wrong, a generation that failed, or a purchase you want to query. Include the email you signed up with so the account can be found without guessing.

Write to support@snaptoclip.com with the subject “Account”

Content reports and appeals

If a page, template or generated clip shows something it should not, or you want a decision on your own account reviewed. Tell us the URL or the task ID, and what the problem is.

Write to support@snaptoclip.com with the subject “Content report”

Privacy, deletion and legal notices

Requests about your data, account deletion, or a legal notice. Ask for the minimum needed to identify you; we will ask for the minimum needed to act.

What to put in the email

The subject and these four details are usually the difference between one reply and a week of questions.

  • The email address on the account, exactly as you signed up with it.
  • The task ID from the video page, or the purchase reference from the confirmation page, when the question is about one specific generation or payment.
  • The page URL, when the question is about a template, a guide or something you read here.
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead — one sentence each is enough.

Never send a password, a sign-in code, a full card number or a photo of your ID. Nothing here needs them, and mail is not a safe place for them. Photos you want animated are uploaded in the studio, not by email.

What this page does not offer

No phone support, no live chat and no scheduled callbacks. No fixed response time either: mail is read in the order it arrives and answered by a person, so a message on a quiet day comes back quickly and a message behind fifty others does not. If you are waiting on a payment, do not buy again while the lookup is pending — that turns one charge into two, and the second one takes just as long to refund.

The refund policy explains what returned credits can and cannot become, and the privacy policy covers what is stored and for how long. Both answer most of the questions that arrive by mail, which is why they are linked here rather than summarised.

Before you write

My generation failed and the credit is gone

Failed generations are returned to the balance automatically; a failed task that was charged is a bug worth reporting, and a message with the task ID is the fastest way to get it looked at. Credits are returned to the balance, not converted to cash — the refund policy covers when that distinction matters.

Can I get a reply in Spanish, Portuguese or French?

Write in whichever language you are comfortable with; answers come in the same language where possible, and in English when it is not. The site itself is translated into those three, the mailbox is not staffed by a translation team.

I want to delete my account and everything in it

Ask from the email address on the account, with the subject “Privacy”. Deletion removes the account, its saved prompts and its video records; it does not undo a purchase, and records that accounting or safety obligations require are kept for as long as those obligations last.

Something on this page is wrong

Send the URL. A pricing figure that no longer matches the checkout, a template that no longer exists or a guide that describes an older flow is a defect, not a preference, and gets fixed rather than debated.

In one paragraph

Support is one mailbox: support@snaptoclip.com. Write for account and payment questions, content reports and appeals, or privacy and deletion requests, and put the account email and the task or purchase reference in the message. There is no phone line, no live chat, no response time promised, and no reason to send a password, a code or a card number.
