When will uploads, video creation and purchases reopen?
Uploads, AI video, speech creation and purchases are currently paused. We have not announced a reopening date. We will reopen only after safety review, payment delivery and cost checks pass. Use Check availability again in the homepage studio for the current status.

The homepage speech studio prepares a stage portrait and spoken script, then creates a lip-synced video up to 10 seconds. Use one authorized, clearly adult portrait. Review the prepared photo and listen to the whole voice preview before confirming. A 720p speech uses 3 credits total: 1 for preparation and 2 for video. 1080p is still in testing and cannot be purchased or generated. Its planned price is 5 credits: 1 plus 4. Successful preparation remains charged if you stop there. A confirmed failed step returns only its reserved credits. The current voice connection is Gemini 3.1 Flash TTS, not Grok Voice or a cloned celebrity voice.

Choose Sign in / Create account in the navigation. Continue with Google, or enter your email and verify the six-digit code. Your first verified sign-in creates your account. Codes expire after five minutes and can be used only once. Use the same verified email to access the same account. Existing account conflicts require support review; balances are never merged automatically.
Read more →What is SnapToClip?
SnapToClip is a photo-to-video website with templates for authorized adult portraits, pets and products. The current studio is designed for one reference photo and a five-second vertical clip. Choose AI video for a new generated scene, or photo animation for motion and text over your existing image.

SnapToClip currently accepts one reference photo. For a couple, use one clear photo showing both adults together. It does not currently accept two separate portraits or promise a multi-scene reunion. The Zombie love story template requests gentle theatrical makeup, a cabin setting and a warm meadow doorway, with no blood or gore.

Use a sharp, well-lit JPG, PNG or WebP under 10 MB. Keep faces, pet markings or product details clear, with space around the subject for the vertical crop. For people, every subject must be clearly adult, fully clothed and have authorized the use. Avoid heavy filters, deep shadows and obstructed faces.
Read more →Can I turn a photo into an AI video with sound?
SnapToClip has an optional sound setting for supported AI connections. A five-second AI clip with sound uses 2 site credits; a silent clip uses 1. The requested audio is original scene sound or instrumental music. A five-second pet clip with a native audio track has passed end-to-end generation and safety review. Audio and visual results vary; check the studio availability before purchasing.
Does the Hotel Lobby template include the original song?
No. SnapToClip’s Hotel Lobby duo template uses an orange recording-studio setting, a vintage microphone and gentle performance movement. Its sound direction requests an original instrumental groove. It does not reproduce a named commercial song, lyrics, a celebrity performance or a cloned voice.

Photo animation moves your existing picture with particles, camera effects and optional text; it does not generate a new scene. AI video sends an approved photo to a video model to create new motion and scenery. Free photo animation is made in your browser after safety review; both modes pause when safety review is unavailable.

The current style catalog includes Halloween and Christmas concepts for portraits, pets and products. Thanksgiving, Black Friday, New Year and Valentine’s Day collections are in planning, not available templates. Browse each holiday page for its current selection, date and visual direction; generation availability is shown separately in the studio.

Choose pumpkins, amber lantern light, moonlit gardens or gentle theatrical zombie makeup to establish Halloween atmosphere. Keep the subject recognizable and avoid blood, injuries or graphic transformations. SnapToClip’s Halloween concepts include Pumpkin patch pal, Midnight familiar and Zombie love story; content review must be available before uploading.

Plan around evergreen branches, warm fairy lights, soft snowfall and a simple greeting. SnapToClip’s Christmas catalog includes Holiday portrait and Unwrap something good. Use your own authorized photo and check the crop. Custom greeting text belongs to photo-animation mode; it is not automatically added to AI-generated video.
Read more →How much does SnapToClip cost?
Starter: $9.99 USD for 10 credits; Creator: $24.99 USD for 30 credits; Studio: $59.99 USD for 80 credits. These are one-time credit packs, not subscriptions. Silent five-second AI clips use 1 credit and supported sound clips use 2. Check the pricing section for current purchase availability; a displayed price does not by itself mean checkout is open.
Read more →What content is not allowed on SnapToClip?
Nudity, sexualized content, uncertain-age people, graphic injuries, blood, gore and hateful material are not allowed. People must be clearly adult and fully clothed. Uploaded photos are reviewed before preview; AI output is withheld until review passes. Missing, uncertain or unavailable review blocks release. A service-unavailable message is not a verdict that your photo is inappropriate.
Why does the studio say safety checks are unavailable?
This means the review service cannot currently approve an upload or result. It does not mean your photo was rejected. SnapToClip pauses uploads and creation in this state. A request blocked before video submission does not reserve generation credits. Use Check availability again in the studio rather than repeatedly submitting a photo.
What happens if an AI video fails?
A confirmed failed or canceled generation returns the credits reserved for that job once. If submission times out and the provider might have accepted the task, the job needs reconciliation; it is not automatically retried or refunded. Keep the saved task and avoid submitting another purchase or generation while its state is uncertain.
Read more →What length and format does SnapToClip create?
Standard scene templates target a five-second vertical video. The separate speech studio creates a talking portrait up to 10 seconds, at 720p; 1080p remains in testing. AI results download through your authenticated account as MP4. Browser-made photo animations export as WebM or MP4 depending on browser support. SnapToClip does not currently offer a 15- or 25-second multi-scene story or a landscape format selector.
Are the images on template cards real video results?
Template-card images are illustrative style concepts. The moving lookbook uses animated images, not verified AI video samples. They show the intended mood, lighting and framing. Generated motion, facial details and scenery can differ, so judge an actual finished clip before deciding whether it is suitable to share.
Where does my photo go when I use SnapToClip?
After consent, a photo is sent to Kie.ai and its model provider for safety review; approved AI inputs are also used for video generation. Photo bytes are not stored in the site’s D1 database. Generated video access requires the matching signed-in account. Read the privacy page before uploading personal photos.
