Speech preparation and video credits
A speech uses 1 credit to prepare a stage portrait and reviewed voice preview. After approving that preview, video generation uses 2 additional credits for 720p. The 1080p option is still in testing; if enabled later, it uses 4 additional credits. Successful preparation remains charged if you stop there or the later video fails. A confirmed failed preparation returns 1 credit; a confirmed failed video returns only its additional video credits. An uncertain submission needs operator reconciliation and is not automatically retried or refunded.
Current preview
Paid checkout is not active. Free photo-animation downloads do not require payment.
Failed generation
Once an AI job is confirmed failed or canceled by the provider, its generation credit is returned to your account automatically. An uncertain network result is not treated as a confirmed failure.
Credit returns and money refunds
A returned generation credit is not a cash refund. A cash refund process and customer contact must be established before paid checkout is activated.
Before paid launch
The operator must publish its business contact, final pricing, applicable refund terms and image-retention period, and complete a real payment and refund test.
